I’ve been doing some more reading and wherever it says causes of groin pain during pregnancy it never lists ectopic as one so I’m a little more relaxed now. It does say groin pain in general can radiate down the leg and that’s definitely where mine originates. Will still call the GP as curious to know what’s causing it! X
